Yummy HBin5 Bread: I am a winner - you could be too!

Cover-shot-hb5-breads1

This beautiful photo of gorgeous HBin5 bread is from the very talented, Mark Luinenberg - (ok this post took longer to write cause I fell into the black hole of checking out his portfolio...the puppy on a harley- so cool - this guy has got his eyes open - )

So I am now taking part in a great baking group for the Healthy Bread in 5 Minutes a Day.  They have signed copies of the book for give-away to members.  Can you believe it?  I am the first winner!  Yeah!

To spread the wonderful yummy breadness around, I am going to give-away my un-signed copy to folks who comment on this post.  Umm, I have opened and read it cover to cover, but it is in like new condition cause I have not spilled anything on it yet..Just sayin'.

Need to comment by Saturday, Nov.7, 12:00 PM CST.  If you are international, I am on a budget so it will go as economically as possible...Think that covers the fine print!  It's my first giveaway, so patience please!  Don't give me your personal info on the post, just check back when I will announce the winner Sunday, Nov 8th - I'll get the winner's info then.

Go check out Michelle's blog's - Spend a Buck Farm and Big Black Dog.  Beautiful photography and she's a pretty good writer to boot!  BTW, if you are interested in joining our friendly baking group, Michelle is organizing all of that, so contact her through her blog.  BIG THANKS to Michelle for doing all of that work!

Ok - I am off to put my first batch of 10 Grain bread into the oven...

I got my copy and have two buckets going already. I gave my best friend a copy because she is can't eat gluten. I would love another copy to give to my sister! Thanks for the giveaway!

Congrats on being the first winner. I was fortunate to borrow a copy of the original book last year and started making my own homemade bread. Fabulous. But why bake my own bread? Did I mention that I live in Bavaria, that's southern Germany? The land of all those great German broetchen, and whole grain loaves? Crispy on the outside, and chewy inside. Yummo. I know I won't live here forever and I dread not having access to all this great stuff. So, I knew I had to learn how to make my own. The five minute a day recipe was the answer. Now the new book is out and there's a chance to win one thanks to you! So, please add me to the list of hopefuls.
Happy baking,
Marc
P.S. I receive my mail through a U.S. address, courtesy of the Army (APO,AE) so book rates apply. ;-)

I already ordered my copy and it's on its way, but I just wanted to say that I love your blog! I'm looking forward to baking through HBin5 with you! :-)

I can't wait to get the new book! I have requested it from the library and will probably break down and splurge on a copy for myself before I can get it from the library (3 holds ahead of me).
Right now I have a batch of Pumpkin Pie Brioche rising in my oven next to a loaf of Swedish Limpa! I am such an addict!!!

I have the first book, and I'd love a chance to have the second. This is sooooo exciting for those of us who love to bake, love to eat it, and want to be healthy.

Congratulations on you being the first winner and how wonderful that you are giving away your unsigned copy. I would love a chance to win. I love the first book and my family loves the fresh bread not just when it is cold out but all year round.

Congratulations on winning the signed copy of HBin5! Just last week was my first time to experience ABin5. I am so excited since I can have warm bread...many kinds any time, in a short time.
